He is regularly instructed by employers to handle day-to-day HR issues, chair investigations and disciplinary hearings, and advise on complex redundancies, TUPE transfers, restrictive covenants, and employment tribunal claims. For employees, Kash specialises in negotiating exit agreements and navigating post-termination restrictions, delivering strategic, commercially focused advice when it matters most. Outside of work, Kash likes travelling and all things Arsenal.
